私は"David Sylvian"の声質は苦手です。好きになれませんが、"Japan"解散後の
このアルバム"Brilliant Trees"は名盤だと思います。
生楽器を使って特異な世界観を創り出しています。
これが"Japan"でなぜできなかったのか、
と思ってしまいます。

ここでベースを担当している"Ian Maidman"は当時の英国でまさに"1st-call"の
ミュージシャンです。彼女は"Simon Jeffes"率いる前衛音楽集団
"The Penguin Cafe Orchestra"にも参加していました。
